Windows.com

As lead writer on the Windows.com redesign, I helped transform one of Microsoft’s highest-traffic consumer destinations from a product information site into a customer-centered storytelling platform.

The challenge was clear: while Windows powers hundreds of millions of devices, the site wasn’t fully communicating why customers should choose Windows or how it differed from competing ecosystems. Working across design, product marketing, UX, SEO, and engineering teams, I established an elevated voice and tone for the experience while translating complex product capabilities into clear customer benefits. Partnering closely with product leads, I incorporated product truth, synthesized feedback from stakeholders across the business, and helped evolve the narrative into a more cohesive and differentiated expression of Windows.

The redesigned experience introduced clearer storytelling, more intuitive navigation, and guided device discovery that helps customers understand what Windows can do for them and find the right PC for their needs. The result is a more modern, differentiated, and customer-focused web experience that better supports consideration, engagement, and conversion.
