Google Partners program relaunch
In February 2022, the Google Partners program went through a major relaunch to provide more than 120K global partners more transparency, control, and support. The relaunch also introduced a new badge for Google Partners and Premier Partners (the top 3%), new benefits, and an updated look and feel.
This omni-channel initiative was well over two years in the making, with my team creating a new website, landing page, animated social media, a months-long cadence of emails, a premium direct mail welcome package, press kit, internal training materials, brand guidelines, and much more. Within 24 hours of the launch, the initiative achieved +500% above benchmarks.
Since January 2020, I've been the creative director and retained team lead on all Google Partners work, which achieved the highest client satisfaction marks for 2020 and 2021.
